Block embroidery is available online for $4.00 per line. 2 lines maximum per garment; 18 characters per line.

Script or block embroidery and stock logos are available on our printable order form page. We can embroider your logo or create a logo for you. Please call for custom logo information 1-800-435-3944. To order embroidery online, select a size and quantity under "Choose Options" for the item you wish to order. Before clicking "Buy Now" click the box labeled "Yes" for Embroidery. This will drop down options for thread color and two blank lines for text.

Select thread color. You can then type in 18 characters maximum per line, with spaces counting as a character. Allowable characters are a through z, A through Z, 0 through 9, "@" (at symbol), "." (period), "," (comma),"-" (dash), "&" (ampersand), "?" (question mark), "!" (exclamation point) and " " (space). Type the letters (without quotation marks) as you would like them to appear.

If you would like different names/information for each of the selected quantity of that particular garment, type in the names/information and hit the "Next" button to select the next item. You can hit the "Back" to review the typed in text or to make changes.

If you would like the same information for each garment, select "Yes" in the "Same for All Garments" section.

If you only want one line of text, you need only type in one line and leave the second line blank. You will only be charged for the number of lines you actually type in.

When you are finished typing in all the names/information click "Accept".

When you add the item to your cart, the embroidery options will also be added to the cart as separate line items. Each garment type will have its own associated embroidery line items. E.g., Top size (M) will have different embroidery line items than Top size (L).

Once the item is added to your basket, you can view the selected embroidery options that you have typed in by clicking the bold "Selected Options" link on each embroidery line item. This will show you what you have typed in for embroidery options and for which garments they will appear on. All embroidery will be sewn on the left side of the garment (except chef hats and aprons). If you wish to modify the location, please call our customer service department.

If you do not wish to order embroidery on-line, those orders can be phoned, faxed or mailed in. Please allow 3 extra business days for orders including embroidery to ship. Our printable order form provides script and block lettering and color option information as well as a variety of stock logos. Please fill out the form completely if mailing or faxing or simply have it handy when placing your order by phone.
