Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our goal.

Please send items to be returned to Marcus Uniforms with a copy of the receipt from your order via UPS or Priority US Mail for tracking purposes. Marcus Uniforms accepts returns for refund within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will, upon request, issue a refund or credit the credit card. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) If you have requested an exchange, we will reship to you free of charge one time, as long as the original shipment was sent via UPS within the continental United States. If a more expensive item is requested, the original credit card will be charged the additional amount. All PayPal orders will be refunded via PayPal. Refunds or credit card credits will be issued to the original purchaser of the merchandise. Returns received after 30 days will qualify for exchange or merchandise credit only. We cannot accept returned merchandise after 60 days.

Please note that we cannot accept for return or exchange laundered, worn, soiled or embroidered merchandise unless defective. All tags or labels must remain on the returned items. Seasonal items (including holiday prints) cannot be returned after 30 days.

Because MarcusUniforms.com strives to offer the lowest prices for our merchandise and does not impose a restocking fee for returns under 10 items, we can only accept merchandise for return or exchange that has been shipped prepaid. If the merchandise is defective or has been shipped to you in error, we will gladly reimburse you for reasonable shipping charges based on our shipping fees. Returns of 10 or more items may result in a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, Marcus Uniforms reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping expenses paid from your refund or merchandise credit in the event that you place an order with us and then refuse the package once shipped. We are available Monday through Friday 8-5 Central Time to assist you with order changes and cancellations.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged for merchandise orders shipped to Wisconsin according to current state and local tax rates. Sales tax will not be charged for the purchase of Gift Certificates. Sales tax will automatically be added for online and phoned in orders. For faxed or mailed in orders, please consult the sales tax section of your order form and apply the appropriate rate. Sales tax, where applicable, will be refunded for returned items. For online orders over $300, sales tax will be adjusted to reflect the 10% discount on the purchase price.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your online order immediately after your order is placed. If you provided an e-mail address with your online, phone, fax or mail order, you will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped which will provide you with a UPS tracking number. Please be sure to add customerservice@marcusuniforms.com to your safe senders list so that your confirmations are not considered SPAM. You can track your order after it has been shipped by clicking the "Order Tracking" button at the top of every page. Proceed by entering the JLMORDER number and the zip code the package is being delivered to in the appropriate boxes, then clicking the "Track this package" button. Click here to track a package.

Order Cancellation or Modification
Because we process and ship our orders so quickly, we ask that our customers contact us immediately by e-mail or phone to modify or cancel an order. Cancellations, modifications or inquiries regarding orders should be e-mailed to customerservice@marcusuniforms.com or phoned in to 1-800-453-3944, Monday through Friday, 8-5 (CST).

Size Charts

International Shipments
We do ship internationally to most countries via Priority Mail International. We ask that customers forward a list of items to be ordered together with a shipping address so that we can provide a shipping quote based on the weight of the package(s). If the quote is acceptable, we ask that payment be completed via PayPal or wire transfer because we are not equipped to handle international credit cards at this time. More information on PayPal is available at www.PayPal.com. We can issue a PayPal invoice via e-mail for easier processing. Duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Depending on the size of the order and whether the order includes embroidery, we usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that our size charts are listed according to US standards. Please forward quote requests or additional questions to info1@marcusuniforms.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Free Shipping
UPS Shipping within the Lower 48 States: MarcusUniforms.com offers FREE shipping for all orders over $100 shipped to one location within the continental United States and purchased with a single check, PayPal account or credit card. The shipping charges will automatically be removed from your shopping cart. UPS shipping for orders under $100 is a flat rate of $5. Please note, there is no shipping charge when Gift Certificates are purchased and sent through U.S. Mail. Purchases of Gift Certificates will not count toward the $100 Free Shipping minimum.

2nd Day Air, Next Day, Alaska & Hawaii, APOs & FPOs and other US Mail shipments: Free shipping DOES NOT apply. While we do offer U.S. Mail service to customers in Alaska and Hawaii, US territories, APOs,FPOs and PO Boxes, and expedited shipping options, we ask that you place your order by phone so that our customer service agents can provide you with accurate shipping costs based upon the weight of your package. If you are paying via PayPal, please email us your order, and we will send you the order total, including shipping costs.

MarcusUniforms.com also offers a 10% DISCOUNT for all orders over $300 shipped to one location within the 50 states and purchased with a single check, PayPal account or credit card. Please note that orders submitted with multiple checks will not qualify for the 10% discount. Purchases of Gift Certificates will not count toward the $300 minimum to qualify for the discount.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Marcus Uniforms Gift Certificates may only be purchased through the Marcus Uniforms mail order catalog, by phone or online at www.MarcusUniforms.com and will be delivered either via e-mail or U.S. Mail. No shipping charges or sales tax will be charged on purchases of Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificates may be redeemed online, by phone or by mail only. They may not be redeemed in the Jack L. Marcus, Inc. department store.

To redeem a Gift Certificate online, visit www.MarcusUniforms.com, add the desired items to your Shopping Cart, and follow the instructions for completing your order. When prompted, please fill in your Gift Certificate number, your personal identification number (PIN) from the Gift Certificate and the amount of the Gift Certificate to be applied to the order. If your order exceeds the amount available on your Gift Certificate, you can pay for the remaining balance with a credit card or PayPal account.

To redeem your Marcus Uniforms Gift Certificate by mail, please complete your order form and deduct the amount of the Gift Certificate from the subtotal at the bottom of the order form. Enclose payment for any remainder by including a check, money order or credit card information. Please note: Marcus Uniforms reserves the right to void a Gift Certificate or any unused portion of a Gift Certificate in the event that a customer issues a check with insufficient funds, uses or attempts to use a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate, or uses a credit card that results in a chargeback to Marcus Uniforms.

To redeem a Gift Certificate by phone, please call 800-453-3944 Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. central time. Please have your Gift Certificate number and PIN available.

Returns of merchandise purchased with a Gift Certificate will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit towards a future purchase. However, if a portion of the purchase price was paid with a credit card, check or PayPal account, that portion of the refund will be issued first according to our customer service returns policy.

Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or used to purchase additional gift certificates unless required by law. Purchases of Gift Certificates will not count toward the $100 free shipping or 10% discount minimum.

Gift Certificates expire two years after issuance. The expiration date will be printed on the Gift Certificate. Some states may extend or void the expiration date. Expiration dates will be extended or voided to the extent required by law.

Marcus Uniforms is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates unless the Gift Certificate is reported undelivered within 2 weeks of issuance. Marcus Uniforms may provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information regarding the redemption status of the Gift Certificate purchased.

All Gift Certificates are deemed purchased in the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute relating to the Marcus Uniforms Gift Certificates will be submitted to arbitration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the rules set forth by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding.
